A truly stunning find and we at Isherwoodart are very grateful to Lisa R from Wigan to allow this footage to be screened. For years many Isherwood enthusiaists have tried without success to see the great man on 8mm talking about some of his paintings and the inspiration behind them .

The interview was conducted in 1981 on home video and is the only archive of Isherwood featuring his work
